Wills and Tithe Maps

Cheshire have put both wills and tithe maps online.

For wills, the index can be searched but you then have to pay for a copy. I don't know if these are the same records that FindMyPast has recently added.

Tithe maps are free and have a dual window showing the modern equivalent - quite brilliant.
