I clicked on the link in thread #19 and was pleasantly surprised at the presentation.
I spotted this
Every LostCousins newsletter since 2004: family history news, tips and offers. and thought, wow but isn't Lost Cousins two words?

it all works as I expect it to. Searching past newsletters is so much easier than it used to be, I got Masterclass, 1939 and 1921 to work per perfectly.

in a newsletter I clicked on the logo and was taken to 'My Summary'.

I couldn't resist going to the foot of the page, I clicked on 'what's new' which includes this:
Added a site feedback form, so signed-in members can report a problem or suggest an improvement directly from any page.
That's a really good idea, I see it's wip as per the Contact us page.

It does, I am signed in but still decided to test it, this is the result Signing in

Ah the popup for the logins offer the options but clicking them will say your email isn't registered or the site isn't accepting logins right now (can't recall which message is active).

Actually the brand name for LostCousins has always not had a space (see logo) indeed in some of Peter's old site notes I had the privilege of reading when I visited Sian with Tim this month makes that point, that to make it a brand name no space.

I thought, wrongly as it turns out, that the logo had no space but when referring to LC, it did.
However, If I google 'what is lost cousins website about' each result in the list has 'Lost Cousins' above the URL. Probably nothing we can do about that though.
 
Yes I suspect that is a Google indexing thing - no changes will be made to old site. The only changes recently have been to fix the broken email system and the broken WorldPay links. Both of which were simply upgrading the settings on the website to use a more modern more secure system as these days you need to keep up with security changes or the site gets blocked.
