Records for Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow from 1883 to 1903 are available on line at the Historic Hospital Admissions Project - http://hharp.org/ (I'm not sure how complete the coverage is tho'). The records are quite detailed from a basic search, but to see all the available information you need to register. The same site also includes records for Great Ormond Street, the Evalina Hospital and the Alexandra Hospital for Children with Hip Disease in London covering the period 1852 to 1914.
