1841 census references folio/book

A reference like

Bethnal Green, folio 10/9, page 11, Caroline Shaboe; digital images, FindMyPast.co.uk (https://search.findmypast.co.uk/search-world-Records/1841-england-wales-and-scotland-census : accessed 29 Dec 2009); citing PRO HO/107/692

Is that Folio 10 book 9 page 11 piece 692? Or is it Folio 9/book 10 page 11 piece 692? Is there any definitive reference for such things?

This is what Findmypast show today:

Originally the 1841 census was transcribed by Origins and licensed to Findmypast. Origins transcribed the book numbers for some counties but not others, and because there was no dedicated field for book number they used the book/folio format.

Subsequently - following a lot of pressure from me - the transcriptions were updated, but it was only a few years ago that the missing page numbers were added. If members have references from earlier some will be missing the book number altogether.
